Home management
Entrust us with the management of your property, you will not be disappointed !
We can take care of its maintenance between your stays, as well as its wintering/unwintering, and periodic preventive visits out of season or during bad weather. If necessary, we will put you in contact with professionals selected by us for the performance of maintenance work. We can assure a Site supervision " with daily report.

Partnership with Airbnb
To participate in the program, we must meet eligibility criteria, namely an Airbnb quality rating greater than 4.8.
Transparency
You have full access to your Airbnb Owners App. You can see your reservation requests, the rates applied for your nights, and above all, at any time you have the possibility of blocking your calendar. (One year exclusivity on their site).
No Paperwork
Our commission is deducted directly from your rents, which are paid by Airbnb after your guests' stay. No need to pay your bills every month or after each service.
